Operations PMO



· At least 6-7 years overall IT experience with 5+ years of relevant experience as Program Coordinator/ Business Analyst / PMO.

· Experience in Operations Management, Data Analytics, Financial Analysis and ownership, Strategic Initiatives implementation and maintenance, Change management and Resource management.

· High level understanding covering areas such as : Project development life cycle, presales processes, various pricing models, IT spend analysis, business case development, TCO and ROI analysis.

· Good knowledge on Agile/ITIL process and tools

· Experience in working closely with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources.

· Proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong complex problem-solving skills.

· Good knowledge on industry IT trends and analyst reports

· Excellent in MS Office (Excel / PPT)

· Salesforce User exp. is a plus.

· Excellent Analysis and Analytical skills.

· Effective project/ time management skills.

· Self-motivated with a flexible and dynamic style.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· A flexible approach with “can do” attitude and ability to work well under pressure

· A self-starter
