Description:

Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

This position reports into clients ramping global team of Product and Visual Designers to help innovate and drive value in the next generation of products. As an integral part of the team you will be responsible for a variety of areas and specialties that will require you to heavily interact with product, telemetry and users to better understanding product requirements and what the best implementation would be. Through each step of the process, our research and telemetry functions will support all of your ideas and provide you with feedback and testing to better guide your designs.
As a Sr.Product Designer professional, we have a variety of tools that we use.
You should be proficient in the following (or comparable) tools and processes, including Figma, Design Thinking, User Flows, wireframing, design systems, and an understanding of the software and product design processes. As a company at scale, our client operate a global design system that each product utilizes in various ways. You will be responsible for understanding, evangelizing, and contributing to it when working through each initiative. Working within verticals requires that you interact consistently with your product and engineering team to align on and understand requirements, setup reviews, work with your Team Lead or Manager on a cadence of reviews, and adhering to all design standards. You have a keen eye for detail while understanding the Platform and their products holistically.
Required Skills:
· Experience with product discovery and market research
· 4-6 years UX experience in software or SaaS
· Experience wire-framing and Prototyping
· Understanding how to apply Design Thinking to the SDLC
· Working with Product and Engineering teams throughout the entire SDLC
· Collaborate with research teams to suggest, collaborate with and execute research activities
· Able to break down complex issues to simple solutions, both from a design and solutioning perspective
· Understanding how to work with Design Systems
· Working with Telemetry / usage data
· Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual interface design skills
· Strong communication skills
· Accountability for work and actions
Valued Skills:
· Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
· Worked in SaaS and data visualization
· Portfolio showing complex solutions simplified to easy-to-understand interfaces and flows
· Experience working and interfacing with engineering teams
· Knowledge of Agile / Lean methodologies
· Understanding of product process and software development
