Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
Desired Skills:
Must have 2-4 Years or Experience in Automation Testing
Must have skills–
Proficient in Core Java.
Proficient in developing test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.
Cucumber/Gherkin experience to drive BDD based software development.
Strong in OOPs concept.
Knowledge of page object model.
Prior experience with setting up, running and maintaining automated tests in a CI/CD
environment using Jenkins
Hands-on on Selenium Grid
Knowledge of Source code repo – Git
Hands on experience Test Management tools i.e. qTest/DevOps/Azure or JIRA
Strong experience of writing test code in Java within an automated test framework
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting data to cross-
functional teams and/or management.
Good knowledge of defects management
Job Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Working within the Automation testing team consisting of global team members of Quality Assurance Organization.
- Design and mentor those in creating best-in-class performance testing approaches and plans for enterprise-wide projects.
- Assist project members with infrastructure and application automation.
- Evaluate overall system execution during end-to-end Automation testing.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and report on automated test execution results including, regression breaks, test design issues, and/or performance issues.
- Work tightly with software development, architecture and system engineering for application analysis initiatives to define success criteria and evaluation methodologies.
- Keep team, management, and project leaders informed of key concerns and issues, along with recommended solutions.
- Work closely with the test management team to establish Automation testing criteria.
- Provide quality, process and technical leadership within the Automation Management team.
- Provide insight into performance bottlenecks leveraging a variety of skills and tool sets on multiple platforms.
- Establish a strong presence as a change agent providing innovative, effective, and efficient Performance Management practices and solutions.
