Description:
Worked on distributed team model, esp. with global stakeholders and direct client interaction.
Oversee the architecture, design and integration of D365 platform to achieve growth.
Lead multiple development projects with team of product, developers & automation test engineers
Project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
Build a strong technology team for development and delivery of high performing D365 products
Accountable for the overall delivery for the product / application – ensuring quality of code and adherence to committed timelines.
Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work managing the schedules.
Closely work with the Technology Leads, Application Architects for the safety and soundness of the assigned applications work on delivering Proof of Concepts, generate ideas for Continuous Process Improvements.
Responsible for developing people and manage Talent effectively.
Managing overall performance of the team members and ensure to build and sustain high performance work culture
Ensure costs within budget and optimal resource mix to help achieve the financial goals.
Manage the project team across different geographical locations.
Identify risks and recommend plan for contingencies
Track and resolves risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle
Prepare presentation material and present to senior managers as and when required
Experience of managing several projects at once of various sizes, preferably in an agile environment with a delivery track record
Prepare progress reports and manage project expectations with stakeholders
Project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization and project structuring.
Nice To Have
– PMP certified,Prince2,CSM or ITIL .
– D365 Experience
Requirements:
Minimum 12+ yrs of experience – Project Management( 2+ ) and Engineering Experience ( 10+ )
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written skills( includes negotiations, presentation, hiring right talent etc.)
Working experience with ODC (offshore delivery center) and staff-augmentation models esp.
Explicit hands-on experience( Only with Microsoft Background ) on the following technical areas (.NET, C#, ReactJS, SQL Server, Azure).
