Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding and Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, resolve technical issues related to API integrations, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in API integration and onboarding processes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with API security protocols and best practices.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
  • Experience with API management platforms and tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding:
     Work closely with clients and partners to understand their API integration requirements.
     Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing detailed documentation and step-by-step instructions.
  • Technical Support:
     Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API integrations, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
     Collaborate with the development team to address complex technical challenges.
  • Documentation and Training:
     Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and training materials for clients.
     Conduct training sessions to educate clients on the use of the API proxy platform.
  • Communication:
     Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
     Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Collaboration:
     Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and smooth onboarding process.
     Provide feedback to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Quality Assurance:
     Conduct thorough testing of API integrations to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
     Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the onboarding process.
     Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
     Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in API technologies and integration practices.
     Apply industry best practices to enhance the onboarding process.
