Job Responsibilities:

Proficient in writing complex SQLs by incorporating – Joins, Aggregations, Common Table expressions, – Analytical functions etc.
– Proficient in database performance tuning including indexing, partitioning, analyzing SQL plans etc.
– At least 5 years of hands-on experience with at least one of the databases including Postgres, Oracle, DB2, Sybase etc.
– Experience with SQL database programming, SQL performance tuning, relational model analysis, queries, stored procedures, views, functions and triggers
– Demonstrate strong and hands-on experience and background in database principles and concepts.
– Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing principles, and best practices
– Hands-on experience in writing and understanding stored procedures/packages/functions.
– Experience with ETL tools preferably Informatica (preferred)
– Experience in working in service-oriented architecture(preferred)
– Strong experience with Agile/SCRUM methodology
