Description:

Requirements:
- Good undertstanding of Diia City rules & mobilization aspects
- At least 2 years of managerial exeperience
- Strong HR knowledge of Ukrainan labour law and market standards
- Strong Analytical skills, great presentation skills
- Previous expereinece in driving with sucess Strategic HR Projects with organiztion
- Experience in working with senior management team
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as Project Manager for implementation end to end Diia City in the organization from HR point
- Work with our in-house legal department to stay up-to-date on changes to employment laws, and how these are applied into policies and guidelines.
- Advise business leaders, and other HR partners
- Drive communication project plan in regards to Diia City implementation & Military records as well other important country things
- Recommend, draft and maintain Diia City implementation
