Requirements:
- Mandatory knowledge of German language (min. B2 level or higher)
- Knowledge of English (min. B2 level or higher)
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
- Good hands and eye coordination for annotation
- Attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing support and resolving inquiries
- Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project data
- Working in the ticketing system
